Your house's history, in one dated timeline
When was the roof replaced? Who serviced the furnace last fall? Plumworth keeps the answers in one timeline, newest first, with where each entry came from.
Where the entries come from
- What you do in PlumworthMark done, Fix it sessions, installs read from a label, and warranties add themselves, dated.
- What you addType it the way you'd say it, like "2019 roof replaced", and it's added with the year.
- Your prosSend a plumber or tech a visit link. They log the work, parts and photos with no account, and nothing is saved until you approve it.
- Your inspection reportFindings come in with the page they came from.
- Public recordsLook up your address for permits, sales and assessor details. Today that works in DuPage County and Cook County, Illinois.
Every entry says where it came from
Each line is labeled: a public record with its source and the day it was fetched, an entry from Plumworth, or one added by you or your pro. Entries you add are seen only by your household. A short summary at the top counts only what's actually there, like how many permits are on record and how many name the contractor.
Like a vehicle history report, but for your house
When you sell, you can hand the whole record to the buyer, and you can download everything at any time. Plumworth doesn't verify who owns a house, and it never tells you what your house is worth.
