A home record for interior designers' clients

Hand over the room, and everything in it. Drop in the spec sheet you already have, and your client gets every finish, fabric, light and paint color, by room, with your notes on its care.

What Plumworth does for interior designers

How it works

  1. Drop in your spec sheetThe one your design software prints, as PDF, photo, CSV or Excel. Nobody retypes a thing.
  2. Check the listEvery item by room, brand and color code as printed. A CHANGE TO note is flagged for you to confirm what went in.
  3. Hand over the roomAdd care notes for your client, then hand over a card with a QR code. They scan it and the record is theirs.

A finish schedule your client can actually use

A finish schedule is built for the trades. Your client needs the same facts later, in plain words: which white is on the hallway walls, what the counters are, how to clean the rug. Plumworth keeps them by room in your client's house record, next to the house's appliances, manuals and upkeep.

Questions people ask

Will my client see my net prices?

No. Plumworth reads what each item is, not what it cost: net prices, trade sources and markups are never copied into your client's record.

Which spec sheets can I use?

The one your design software already prints, as PDF, photo, CSV or Excel. Brands, models and paint color codes are copied as printed, never guessed.

What happens to a CHANGE TO note on the sheet?

It is copied exactly as printed and flagged, so you confirm what was actually installed before you hand over the room.

What does my client get?

A free Plumworth account with every item by room, your care notes, your studio as the contact, and the rest of the app for their house: manuals and upkeep, idea boards for the next room, and the house's history.
