Most maintenance apps hand you a generic list. Plumworth starts from the appliances and systems you actually own, reads their manuals, and tells you the few things that matter this week.
How it works
1. Snap the label
One photo of each appliance's model and serial label. Plumworth reads the brand, model, serial and age, and you check it before anything is saved.
2. Upkeep from the manual
It finds the manual for that exact model and builds the upkeep from it: filters, cleaning and service, each with how often.
3. Three things this week
Home shows only what's due now. Tap Mark done and the next date moves. A Monday email is there if you want one.
What it keeps track of
- Every appliance and systemFurnace, water heater, AC, fridge, washer, dishwasher, sump pump and the rest, each with its manual, age and upkeep.
- Recall alertsEach model is checked against government product recalls every day. A match shows the hazard and the remedy.
- Receipts and warrantiesYour house gets its own email address: forward a receipt or warranty and it's filed on the right thing.
- Who did the workService contacts sit on the thing they service, and every job lands in your house's history with the date.
Help when something goes wrong
Fix it walks you through a problem one step at a time, using your model's manual and marking which steps come from it. Gas, a burning smell, the electrical panel and refrigerant stop at "Call a pro". Ask about your house answers questions from your own records, like when the filter was last changed or who installed the water heater, and says plainly when something isn't on record yet.
More than a maintenance list
Plumworth has four parts: My Home (what you own), My Possibilities (idea boards for each room), My Projects (budgets and savings goals) and My Home Care (the upkeep). You can share the house with family or a house manager, choosing what they see, and send a pro a visit link so they can log their work. It runs in any browser, on iPhone, Android or a computer.
Your appliance's manual and your pro's advice come first. Plumworth points you to them; it doesn't replace them.
