A home inventory app that fills itself in from your labels
Typing model numbers is why most home inventories never get finished. Plumworth reads them from a photo, so a whole house takes about 15 minutes.
Four ways to fill it in
Walk your house once
The starter walk goes through the things almost every house has. One photo per label, read while you keep walking.
Add your builder's papers
Built new? Upload the order sheet or closing papers and each appliance on it becomes a record for you to check.
Add your inspection report
Every appliance and finding in the report comes in for you to review, with the page it came from.
Scan a service receipt
The work, the parts, and a new unit's model and serial are read from the receipt for you to approve.
What each record holds
- Brand, model, serial and ageRead from the label, with the year it was made. A model with a look-alike character, like an I for a 1, still finds its manual.
- The manual and its upkeepThe manual for that model, and the upkeep that comes from it.
- Photos, receipts and warrantiesForward a receipt to your house's own email address and it's filed on the right thing.
- FinishesPaint colors, counters and floors, so a touch-up matches.
Can't find a label?
Pick the appliance type and the app shows where its label usually is, from the makers' own guides, on a drawing. If it's truly gone, add the appliance with its type and brand and fill in the model later.
It's yours
Download my house gives you everything at any time: a house book you can open in any browser, plus every photo and receipt, in one zip file. You can delete it all whenever you like, and if you sell the house you can hand the record to the buyer.
Plumworth is built around the house itself: its appliances, systems and finishes. Ask your insurer what they need for a claim.
