Where does the upkeep schedule come from?
From your own appliances. Snap the model and serial label on your furnace, water heater, fridge or washer, and Plumworth reads the brand, model, serial number and age, finds the manual for that exact model and builds the upkeep from it. Home shows the 3 things to do this week, with a Monday email if you want one. Mark a job done and the next date moves on its own.
What are the four parts?
My Home holds what you own: the house's details, its systems and their ages, its history and papers, and your own numbers. My Possibilities is idea boards for every room, with a photo, a link to a product, a note and a price. My Projects turns an idea into a project with a budget and a savings goal, and shows a rough payment if you borrowed the rest at a rate you type. My Home Care is upkeep from each appliance's own manual, warranties, service records and reminders.
Where do my house's details come from?
In DuPage County and Cook County, Illinois, your address pulls the public record. Anywhere else you can type the details in.
What happens when something breaks?
Fix it walks you through the problem one step at a time from your model's manual, and marks which steps come from it. Gas, a burning smell, the electrical panel and refrigerant stop at Call a pro. Ask about your house answers from your own records: when the filter was last changed, who installed the water heater, what paint is in the hallway.
Does it watch for recalls?
Yes. Every model you add is checked against government product recalls each day, and a match shows up in My Home Care.
Can a plumber or HVAC tech add their work?
Yes. Send them a visit link. They log the work, the parts and photos with no account, and nothing is saved until you approve it. Every job lands in your house's history, dated, with who did it.
Can I share the house?
Yes. Share it with family or a house manager and choose what each person sees. One account can hold up to ten houses.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Download my house gives you everything at any time: a house book you can open in any browser, plus every photo and receipt, in one zip file. Delete it all whenever you like, and when you sell, you can hand the record to the buyer.
